Big two in Cup crunch

by isleofman.com 2nd March 2007
Holders Laxey meet Division One leaders St. George's in Saturday afternoon's top F.A. Cup Quarter-Final.

In this season's league clashes between the two sides, St. George's hold the upper hand with a win and a draw.

However, in the cups, Laxey have recorded victories in the Charity Shield
and Railway Cup semi-finals.

One Division Two team will make the last four as Old Boys meet Pulrose at Blackberry Lane.

Another could progress if Corinthians overcome St. Mary's at The Bowl.

Railway Cup winners Peel travel to Division One basement side Marown.
