"Manx" England squad announced!

Isle of Man Football Manager Kevin Manning has named an 18 man squad for this weekend's trip to San Marino.

The Manx will swap the three legs for the three lions of England for this match, as part of the build-up to the UEFA Regions Cup qualifying group in April.

The full squad is:-
Mark Blair (Laxey), Grant Dawson (Ayre), Daniel Lace (Peel), Kevin Megson (Peel), Julian Ringham (St. George’s) Mark Teare (Douglas Royal), Nigel Shimmin (Peel), Sean Quaye (St. George’s), Chris Bass (St. George’s), Jim Travers (Laxey), Paul Jones (Rushen Utd), Nick Hurt (Peel), Lee Dixon (St. Mary’s), Callum Morrisey (St. George’s), Johnny Myers (St. George’s), Ross Williamson (Laxey), Martin Reilly (St. Mary’s) and Michael Hooper (Old Boys)

In the UEFA Regions Cup Group 4 in the Czech Republic, the Manx will represent England. The games are:-

Tuesday 17th April - v Slovakia (2pm)
Thursday 19th April - v Czech Republic (7pm)
Saturday 21st April - v Northern Ireland (2pm)
