Tribute made to Sid Roskams

The President of the Isle of Man Cricket Association has paid tribute to Cronkbourne's Sid Roskams, who passed away at the weekend, describing him as a "stalwart" of the game.

Ian Tomlinson played against Sid Roskams when bowling for Finch Hill, and despite the fierce rivalry between the clubs, the two became good friends.

They also shared a dressing room when playing for the Isle of Man, and in recent times, umpired together:-
