Concern over Lacey stake

Millwall fans say they’re worried after Island entrepreneur Graham Ferguson Lacey bought a substantial stake in the football club.

A financial crisis in the London side means it could soon go into administration, and supporters organisation the Lions Trust says it fears Mr Lacey wants to redevelop the ground if that happens.

Chairman Nick Park says they could be wrong and Mr Lacey could be interested in the team and want to invest in its future.

But he says so far they’ve heard nothing, which is breeding mistrust:
