Busy time for Junior cyclists

Peter Kennaugh (Pinarello RT) and Mark Christian (Glendene CC) take part in the opening round of the Peter Buckley National Junior Series on Saturday.

The Martyn Ashfield is run over 107km on some of the toughest Welsh hills.

Kennaugh remains in Wales for The Betty Pharoah Memorial Legstretchers Road Race after this event.

Meanwhile, Tim Kennaugh and Chris Nicholson compete in the Track League at Manchester on Friday evening.

On Saturday, they compete in the Dolan Criteriums before returning to Manchester for further track sessions at the Velodrome.
