Double Manx success in EuroManx Leagues

Both Vagabonds and Douglas notched up wins in their respective divisions of the UK National Leagues.

In EuroManx South Lancashire/Cheshire Division One, Vagabonds rounded off their home league campaign with a 38-15 win over Hoylake.

Fanie Scheurkogel and Leigh Kennaugh picked up two tries apiece as Vagas cruised to a comfortable win.

There were also tries from Rob Pease and James Clarke, plus four conversions from Jonny Beckley.

In EuroManx South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Three, Douglas won 32-19 in a potentially tricky fixture away at Prenton.

Kev Spicer bagged a brace for Douglas and there were also tries for Pete Moorhouse, Arran Maddox, Adam Gaggs and Danny Creer, marking his first team debut in style.
