Young Cricketers selected for Europe training

by isleofman.com 5th April 2007
Two of the Isle of Man's most promising young cricketers have been selected to attend a European Centre of Excellence at La Manga in Spain.

Sixteen year old Cronkbourne players Luke Lacey and Max Stokoe will join 23 other juniors from around Europe, for the week long session later this month.

James Stokoe is a Manager at Standard Bank, who sponsor the Isle of Man team, and a very proud father.

He says the selections show Manx cricket is heading in the right direction:-
