Manxman Lloyd Taggart smashed the Manx Mountain Marathon record by nearly seventeen minutes yesterday (Saturday).
Making his debut in the event, he finished 27 minutes ahead of second placed Adam Breaks, with third spot going to the winner over the last three years, Alan Thompson.
