Jackie Lee was the first lady home, ninth overall, in five hours 30 minutes, three seconds.
Of the other locals, Simon Skillicorn was in 15th place with Ian Gale 18th.
In the half marathon, Tom Cringle and Rob Holden made it a Manx 1-2.
Cringle finished in one hour, 53 minutes and 10 seconds, with Holden just over four minutes behind.
Gill Mykura was the first lady home in an impressive third overall, in two hours and 17 seconds.
Locally, Neville Jewell came home ninth with Cal Partington 10th.
In the other classes, the winners were Paul Thompson (senior men), Bryan Carr (veteran 40s), Richard Bellaries (veteran 50s), Debbie Thompson (veteran ladies 50s), Christine Barwell (senior ladies), Mandy Calvert (veteran ladies 40s).
