The Isle of Man ladies football team is in action today (Friday), on Merseyside.

Manager Keith Lunt has named a squad of 20 players, which will continue its preparations for the Island Games in Rhodes against John Moore's University this afternoon.

It will then take on Liverpool University tomorrow.

Squad: Eleanor Gawne, Dawn Georgeson, Gill Christian (all Rushen United), Kym Hicklin, Bekki Cole, Ceri Purvis, Sarah Breen (all Douglas Royal), Sam MacDonald (Ramsey), Roze Ozga, Donna Shimmin, Anna Quayle, Leanne Ashe (all Malew), Leonie Roberts, Helen Thomas, Stephanie Hall, Sarah O'Reilly (all Corinthians), Jenna McStay, Hayley Cowin (both Marown), Sarah Denny (Castletown), Dawn Whetnall (Gymnasium).
