Hutchinson fastest in shortened session

by isleofman.com 1st June 2007
An incident involving three bikes led to this evening's practice session being reduced in length.

It happened at the ninth milestone, on the Glen Helen section of the course, after Gary Carswell came off his machine.

Carswell was taken to Noble's hospital, along with Jim Hodgson (rib injury) and Victor Gilmour (shoulder).

None of the injuries was thought to be serious.

Fastest round the course was Ian Hutchinson (pictured) in the Superbikes, at 127.049 miles an hour.
