The Isle of Man has been put on the so called UK 'white list' for e-gaming.
It will allow Isle of Man e-Gaming companies to market into the UK.
David Cretney the Trade and Industry Minister, has described it as 'fantastic news and a real boon'.
Garth Kimber, head of e-Gaming development at DTI, says the UK's Gambling Act 2005, implemented next month, will ban companies based outside the EU from marketing into the UK.
Having been added to the white list, companies licensed in the Isle of Man will now be excluded from this restriction.
