McGuinness the marshal

There was a very familiar face among the marshals around the TT course for today’s racing in the Manx Grand Prix.

Outright lap record holder John McGuinness (pictured), who passed the 130mph mark on his way to victory in this year's Senior TT, says he signed up after hearing about the shortage of volunteers.

He told Manx Radio’s Charlie Lambert he enjoyed getting involved with organising the races almost as much as taking part:
