The 2013 Natwest Island Games will take place on the other side of the Atlantic.

Bermuda and Prince Edward Island have formally presented their intentions to bid to be hosts to the International Island Games Association.

The final decision will be made at the Annual General Meeting in Aland in late June next year.

Aland will stage the 2009 event with the Isle of Wight will take on the task in 2011.
