The Chairman of the Isle of Man TT Marshals Association has resigned.
Roger Hurst told Manx Radio his decision is for 'personal reasons' and he has no further comment to make at this time.
Mr Hurst's wife, Janet, has also stepped down.
It has been a difficult year for the association with two marshals injured during the Senior TT, which led to a police manslaughter investigation into the fatal crash and subsequently a shortage of volunteers for the Manx Grand Prix.
