by isleofman.com 20th October 2007
Ten games, ten wins!

Colby are the only side in Manx football with a 100 per cent record and stayed five points clear at the top of CFS Division Two on Saturday with a 3-1 home win over Marown.

The leaders did all the damage in the first half with a Furo Davies double and Josh Kelly goal sealing Colby’s success before half-time.

Kevin Druggan pulled one back for Marown in the second period from the penalty spot.

Michael stay in second after winning 5-2 at Braddan, courtesy of goals from Paul Corlett (two), Nick Hurt, Mike Shimmin and Jamie Moffatt.

Wil Smith and Nick Forde were the Braddan marksmen.

Pulrose remain in third and in the chasing pack after winning 5-1 at Ronaldsway.

And it was their main man, David Skillen, who led the way with a hat-trick.

His strike partner Barry English maintained his impressive form with a goal, as did Brian O’Riordan.

Rob Bell netted the Rockets' reply.

The teams in fourth and fifth shared the points at the Stadium.

Castletown and the Police drew 1-1, Michael Edge netting for Town after Sam Liver had given the Police a first half lead.

Douglas and District stay bottom but earned only their second point of the season in fine fashion – holding Malew to a 4-4 draw.

Malew’s scorers were Jack Charmer (two), Darryl Yardley and Adam Drewitt but they’ll be disappointed with the point.

Onchan won 4-0 at battling Jurby to move up to seventh, Jamie Carr (two), Chris Dawson and Mark Wolfenden the scorers.

Robbie Jack scored twice and Steven Harvey grabbed the other as Foxdale
won 3-1 at Ramsey Youth Centre in a battle of the strugglers.
