Customs and Excise in the Isle of Man says a man facing terror charges in France has been added to a UN sanctions list, and any assets or accounts belonging to him in the Island should be frozen immediately.
Lionel Dumont, who has at least 16 aliases and no fewer than four dates of birth, was arrested by Interpol in Germany, extradited to France and has also been sentenced to five years imprisonment in Italy.
As part of financial measures taken against Al-Qa'ida and the Taliban, it’s now illegal to do business with him.
