Firework incidents down

Police say figures for firework related incidents are at an all time low, with numbers only a third of last year's total by the same date.

So far only four complaints have been made, and it's believed high profile patrols have had an effect.

Inspector Sid Caine says the thought of teenagers being on the streets with what could be seen as explosive devices is very worrying.

But he is very pleased with the way things are going:
