Island back in movie spotlight

The Isle of Man is back on silver screens this week with the release of Chromophobia.

The film was shot in the Island in 2004, and was released in the United Kingdom on Friday.

It was directed by Martha Fiennes and has an all-star cast including Penelope Cruz, Ralph Fiennes, Ian Holm, Rhys Ifans and regular Island visitor Kristin Scott Thomas.

Chromophobia is described as 'a darkly comedic drama, set in contemporary London, where money, beauty and success have replaced traditional values of honesty and friendship as the cornerstones of life.'
