Duke Marketing of Tromode is continuing down the acquisition trail.
After its recent takeover of Green Umbrella Sport and Leisure, the company has now acquired Chilli Video, a specialist action sports producer and distributor.
Duke Marketing has been working closely with Chilli since 1995 and says the relationship has provided a strong foothold in the special interest sports titles market, and the mainstream European marketplace.
The 100% aquisition of Chilli is with immediate effect.
