Island praise but no prize

by isleofman.com 16th January 2008

New York based think tank 'The Intelligent Community Forum' each year names seven locations it thinks are the best in the world.

The criteria revolves around economic development and internet technology – and the Island made in onto a list of 21 communities in the running for the 2008 award.
