Hearing aid comments rebutted

A North Douglas MHK's recent comments about hearing aid provision have been rebutted by a leading figure in audiology at Noble's Hospital.

Bill Henderson claimed the Isle of Man was 20 years behind when it came to digital models.

However, Audiology Services Manager Jim Fleming says medical staff in the Island started fitting the devices from May last year, and the difference between digital hearing aids and the old analogue ones is like night and day:
