The Chartered Institute of Management event will take place in Douglas on Wednesday, April 9, at the Sefton Hotel from 9am.
Over the course of the day, speakers will talk about sustainability and green marketing and how companies and brands approach environmental and social issues.
Researcher, writer and speaker Anthony Kleanthous will be the keynote speaker and boasts a CV that includes the World Wildlife fund, PayPal, Saatchi and the United Kingdom government's Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
