In a dramatic ruling at Douglas Courthouse this afternoon (Tuesday), High Bailiff Michael Moyle said he was giving TV and radio presenter Andy Kershaw 'one last chance to put your life together'.

Kershaw was arrested on Monday evening, for breaching a restraining order banning him from seeing his ex-partner Juliette Banner.

He'd only been released from prison last Friday.

Mr Moyle has allowed Kershaw to return to England with his mother and told him to have NO further contact with his ex-partner or her new boyfriend.
