Cannabis awareness for parents

The first of three cannabis awareness courses for Isle of Man parents is taking place on Saturday.

It's being run by the Drug Advice Service and Helpline, or DASH, and will give people the opportunity to see what the drug looks like, its effects and the risks.

Manager Shelly Craig says cannabis seems to cause the most problems for those who contact the service, be they users or parents.

She says tackling issues surrounding drugs can be tricky for adults:
