Age Concern to launch appeal

Age Concern Isle of Man will launch a ?1.5 million fund raising appeal next month.

The amibitious total will need to be reached if the charity is achieve its aim of building what it calls a healthy living centre.

The campaign will begin on April 4th with a black tie Spring Ball at the Mount Murray Hotel, an event which the organisers say will have 'added wow factor'.

Age Concern Isle of Man's Chief Executive Penny Creighton is urging people to get involved and says it will become clear they really mean business and know how to party.
