Boat Show delegation returns

A delegation from the Manx Government and the Isle of Man's private sector has returned from the International Boat Show in Dubai.

They were encouraging wealthy boat owners to register their yachts on the Island to promote the shipping register.

Director of the Isle of Man Ship Register, Dick Welsh, says while the intention is to attract investment, there are currently no plans to organise a similar event on the Island (audio file attached):
