Police name dead woman

Police have named the woman whose body was found at a house in Osborne Grove, Douglas on Monday morning.

She was 44 year old Janice Virginia Gelling.

Enquiries are continuing into the circumstances surrounding Mrs Gelling's death which is currently being treated as 'unexplained'.

Police are asking any of Mrs Gelling’s recent associates who have not yet been contacted by them to get in touch, either via their local police station or by ringing Police Headquarters on 631212.

No further details have been released at this stage.
