Police are asking anybody who saw a car being driven dangerously from Douglas towards Ballacraine between 8.30 and 9am today to get in touch.
A complaint has been received about a maroon Ford Fiesta (registration JMN 829 A), which allegedly crossed the double white lines at the top of the Ballahutchin.
Anybody who can help officers investigating the incident is asked to call the police station in Peel, on 842208.
