Catch limits for anglers

Freshwater anglers are being reminded that it's now an offence to sell rod-caught fish to anyone - including restaurants and fishmongers.

The Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry says those fish are already subsidised by Government - so although you may be fishing legally, you need to be aware of any 'bag limits' or other conditions imposed by your fishing licence.

DAFF Minister Phil Gawne says the new rules address a number of previously identified problems:
