by isleofman.com 26th March 2008
If you go down to the library – the Henry Bloom Noble Library in Douglas – you’re sure of a big surprise next Wednesday.

A teddy bears’ picnic is being held from 2.30pm to 3.30pm for children aged ten and under with activities, stories, refreshments and a ‘Guess Ted’s Weight’ competition.

Free tickets are now available from the ground floor counter of the library on Victoria Street.
