The Financial Supervision Commission has published a draft Collective Investment Schemes Order for consultation.
The order defines what will and won’t be treated as a collective investment scheme under this year’s Collective Investment Schemes Bill.
For more details, you can find the document on the FSC’s website at fsc.gov.im and the commission is inviting comments on the proposals.
The deadline for comments to be received is April 25.
