TT one-way system here to stay?

The Tourism Minister has indicated the one-way system for the Mountain Road during the TT Festival is likely to continue in the future.

It was first put into practice last year, and it has been confirmed that it will also happen for TT2008.

Adrian Earnshaw (pictured) says it worked very well in 2007, and believes it is a sensible safety measure for the benefit of both Island residents and visitors.

However, he accepts some people will find it an inconvenience:
