Democracy alive in Ramsey - MHK

A Ramsey MHK is buoyed by the number of candidates standing for the town's commissioners at the upcoming election.

Allan Bell says it shows democracy is alive and well and that there's strong public interest in local issues.

The twelve available seats will be contested by eighteen people, more than any other local authority.
