SNP-Manx links possible

The Isle of Man could go on to forge strong links with the ruling nationalists in the Scottish Parliament.

That view from Speaker of the House of Keys Steve Rodan - in the wake of a high-profile visit to the Island by the Scottish government's Minister for Europe and External Affairs.

Linda Fabiani's visit last month was hosted by the Manx Government.

Mr Rodan (pictured) says the Island offers intriguing insights for the SNP - while both nations can learn from each other:
