The businessman behind a ?13 million plus scheme in the centre of Castletown says he hopes a public meeting earlier this week has helped allay ratepayers' concerns.
Town residents packed into the Civic Centre to air their views and hear more about the Callows Yard project, which aims to rejuvenate the town centre, bringing in more shoppers and improving trading prospects.
The regeneration of the ancient capital will see 27 new homes and nine commercial units created between Malew and Arbory streets.
