Tomlinson exhibition opens to public

A series of photographs charting a journey through the Antarctic goes on display to the public at the Manx Museum in Douglas on Saturday morning.

World-renowned photographer Rick Tomlinson spent seven weeks on board the yacht Adele, capturing the images featured in the exhibition ‘Assignment Antarctica’.

Rick, who grew up on the Isle of Man, admitted conditions on the trip could be challenging (audio file attached):
