Two men were stabbed in Pulrose last night (Thurs).

Police have confirmed they are investigating a serious assault at a property in the area of Oak Avenue.

The house is currently cordoned off.

Detective Inspector Sid Caine says both men are currently being treated for their injuries at Nobles Hospital.

Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident but as enquiries are ongoing police say they are unable to make any further comment at the moment.

A further statement is expected later today.
