No problem with runway tendering

Major United Kingdom building contractors Balfour Beatty is under investigation by the Office of Fair Trading after allegations of price-fixing among members of an informal construction industry cartel.

The company recently won the contract to build the runway extension at Ronaldsway

However, Transport Minister David Anderson (pictured) is happy the tendering process for the airport work was fair, as the other companies which tendered were not part of the so-called cartel:
