Government helps fight inflation - Bell

Treasury statistics show the Island’s inflation rate rose last month and is at its highest rate for 10 months.

In March the figure rose from 4.1 per cent to 4.3, mostly due to rising energy and food costs.

But Treasury Minister Allan Bell (pictured) says the government is doing what it can to help those on low incomes:
