John Cain from Peel has won the title Magician of Mann 2008.
He received the most votes from the audience at a recent 'Evening of Magic' at the Centenary Centre in Peel.
The winning performance included an amazing escape by John's assistant, after she was chained to a post, and a version of the classic 'sawing in half' of a member of the audience.
John was presented with the Arthur Culpin Challenge Cup by visiting Amercan magician Joshua Jay.
