The chief minister says government did everything it could to assist collapsed airline EuroManx.
Speaking in the House of Keys today, Tony Brown explained in detail how attempts were made to secure its future.
He said without support given by government it could have ceased trading last October.
Mr Brown (pictured) revealed EuroManx owed ?1.16 million in air passenger duties, National Insurance and landing charges, but said the government had a primary duty:
