Dozens of people were due to take part in a sponsored walk along Douglas Promenade this afternoon, to raise funds for better facilities for bowel cancer patients in the Isle of Man.
The event was called 'Bringing Up The Rear' and aimed to raise awareness of the condition, and campaign for a bowel cancer screeing facility at Noble's Hospital.
It's the second most common cause of cancer death, but is the most treatable cancer if caught early.
Today's walk was organised by Zoe Hawley from RBS International.
