Minister's concern over London route

The collapse of EuroManx doesn't present too much of a problem logistically for the Isle of Man.

That's the view of Treasury Minister Allan Bell, who feels the other airlines will be able to fill in the gaps, particularly to Manchester and Liverpool.

Mr Bell (pictured) says there are concerns about one route, London City, because no one has been lined up to immediately replace EuroManx, and that could affect the Island's business links.

He says something needs to be done as soon as possible, but doesn't feel a government takeover would be the answer:
