Minute's silence in memory of Robert

There will be a minute's silence ahead of today's racing at the North West 200, in memory of five-times TT winner Robert Dunlop.

He died in hospital after receiving serious chest injuries in an accident during Thursday evening's practice session for the event in Northern Ireland.

Dunlop, the younger brother of the legendary Joey, was the most decorated rider at the Triangle Course with 15 victories.

With a week to go to the start of race fortnight in the Isle of Man, TT and Motorsport Development Manager Paul Phillips says this week's tragic news, and the recent death of Martin Finnegan at Tandragee, have cast a dark shadow over preparations (audio file attached):
