TT safety budget at record level

TT Development Officer Paul Phillips has defended new safety measures around the TT course.

Some fans are unhappy about the number of prohibited and restricted area signs on the Mountain Road .

But others, who contributed to a debate on Talking Heads today, don't think enough has been done to improve safety - in the light of the Coroner's criticism at the inquest into last year's triple tragedy.

Mr Phillips says more effort and expense has gone into safety this year than ever before (audio file attached):
