'Top it up' says OFT

A spoof 'Pub Fiction' poster campaign has been launched by the Office of Fair Trading, to help pint drinkers get a full measure.

After numerous complaints during TT last year, the OFT found that a number of licensees were falling short of serving a full pint - 20 fluid ounces - and some by a considerable margin.

Part of the problem is the glasses used in the Isle of Man, and the fact some customers prefer a creamy head, while others want a brim-full glass.
