Mesh fences in position for TT

TT fans will have to watch much of this year's action from behind mesh fences.

It's one of the safety measures introduced in the wake of the tragic incident at the end of last year's senior race.

Reporter Tim Glover says at Quarterbridge riders would normally pass at low speed, but that might not happen in an emergency (audio file attached):
