Support available for allergy sufferers

It's the time of year when allergy sufferers let out a collective groan, over the imminent arrival of uncomfortably high pollen counts.

A shortcoming in provision in the United Kingdom has led to an emergency government strategy, which aims to offer an improved service to sufferers of hay fever and other conditions.

Similar problems affect many people in the Isle of Man, but Senior Health Promotions Officer for the DHSS, Angela Howland (pictured), says there's plenty of support:
