Age Concern welcomes 'home help' plan

There's a positive reaction today from Age Concern to the DHSS plan to put more emphasis on helping people stay in their own homes for longer.

The charity's Penny Creighton says it's a step forward and will improve the quality of life for those able to benefit from the change (audio file attached):
